SPA COVER RETURNS

All Spa Covers are custom made.  Covers can be returned up to 30 days upon receipt of cover, with proof of signed freight bill or delivery receipt.  If no dated proof of signature is available, the date will be taken from the date of invoice.  A restocking fee may be accessed according to the popularity of the cover and at the discretion of the manufacturer.  Freight charges are non-refundable.  All returned items must come freight prepaid or charges will be deducted from the refund total..

On the aluminum spa covers, freight is included in the price and freight will be deducted on returns accordingly from your state and city where purchased.

SAUNAS, SPAS, LIFTERS AND ACCESSORIES RETURNS

Freight charges are included in all prices.  Freight will be deducted from refund total.  Customers will pay freight on all return products.
